1965 - Foundation

Foundation of Jainico at Okhla, Delhi.

2008 - Expansion

Moved to Gurugram, Haryana - Factory. Took over Asmita Synthetics in Pune and renamed it Jainico Chemicals.

2021 - New Venture

Opened up a new manufacturing unit in Gurugram, named as 3J FineChems - Paints (Sister Concern).

2023 - Further Expansion

Opened a new manufacturing unit in Pune.
